We do not use hidden charges. The only exception is the air conditioning pipe route, as its exact length and configuration cannot always be determined before construction begins. We always inform our clients about this in advance.

For efficient communication, we create a dedicated WhatsApp, Telegram, or Viber group including the client, interior designer, site manager, and project manager. All key decisions—from technical details to design solutions and material selections—are discussed and approved there.

The colour, dimensions, manufacturer, price, and all other specifications of finishing materials are approved by the client before any purchase is made. It is important to understand that every renovation includes two main categories of materials.

1. Engineering materials are used for concealed works, including electrical wiring, plumbing systems, waterproofing, pipes, cables, construction mixtures, and other components that become inaccessible after completion.
For these critical elements, we use only certified, high-quality materials from trusted manufacturers to ensure safety, reliability, and long-term performance.

2. Finishing materials include flooring, tiles, doors, sanitary ware, lighting, and all visible interior finishes.
Our standard packages include carefully selected materials that provide an excellent balance between quality and cost. However, clients are free to replace any finishing material with an alternative of their choice. Before purchasing, we always obtain approval for the colour, texture, dimensions, manufacturer, price, and all other important specifications.

Most apartment renovations take between 2 and 4 months, depending on the size of the property, its condition, the scope of work, and the selected renovation package.
However, providing an exact completion date without assessing the project would not be professional. Before work begins, we carefully evaluate the property and prepare a realistic construction schedule.
The timeline may be affected by seasonal conditions (for example, some construction materials require longer drying times during colder or more humid periods), client-requested design changes, building management restrictions, or delivery times for selected materials.
Through careful planning and professional project management, we are able to anticipate or quickly resolve most of these challenges, allowing us to complete the renovation as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.
